All Purpose Contracting Services, Corp. ("we," "us") provides remodeling and renovation services in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through allpurposecontracting.us and during projects, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone, and project address.
- Project information: descriptions, measurements, photos of the space, selections, drawings, and association or landlord documents you share.
- Contract and billing records: proposals, contracts, change orders, invoices, and payment records.
- Permit information: owner details required on permit applications filed with local building departments.
- Job applicant information: details you send when applying to work with us.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
- To prepare estimates, proposals, and schedules;
- To perform the work, order materials, and coordinate subcontractors;
- To apply for permits and schedule inspections;
- To send progress updates, invoices, and warranty information;
- To handle complaints, warranty claims, and disputes;
- To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed with subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, building departments and inspectors, your condominium or homeowners' association when required for approvals, our insurers, payment processors, and service providers such as our email host, or when required by law.
Retention
Project and contract records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, legal, and tax purposes — generally up to ten years after completion, given the long time periods that can apply to construction claims. Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Please don't send bank account details through the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@allpurposecontracting.us. We respond within 30 days. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
